Mute Math resolves lawsuit

Mute Math has finally come to an agreement with Warner Brothers, so they will be able to finally get their newest disc released nationally, and hopefully get some radio play. What took Warner so long to come to an agreement is beyond me. Mute Math never had much to lose, as they were selling out their tours, playing on the vans warped tour, and sold around 50,000 copies of their album without any distribution at all. Why would they not want this band on their label. The album will be rereleased in late September...
